Overview:

Disposable growing media is holding high-density DWC systems back by fouling irrigation systems and complicating cleanout steps. Silicone Substrate for Deep Water Culture (DWC) permanently eliminates media for high-density baby leaf and herb cultivation. No media contaminates the pools, and no flipping is required during board cleanout. After harvest, boards are pressure washed top and bottom to remove plant matter, sterilized, and immediately reseeded and returned to service.
